Some municipal administrators may not be familiar with application types or are not aware when amendments are required. They have many responsibilities, not enough hours in the day and have limited licensing experience. For instance, club licensees typically hold annual elections. Changes in individuals and roles require a license amendment. If an LLC adds or removes a member, or a corporations changes officers, that requires an amendment.
